I made these 2026 monthly calendar printables because I wanted something simple – something I could actually use without fighting the design. No decorative borders eating up half the writing space. No fonts so precious you feel guilty scribbling in them. Just honest, functional calendars with room to think.

What’s Included
You get two versions of each monthly calendar in 8.5 x 11 US Letter portrait format:
- One without holidays – pure blank space, totally flexible
- One with holidays included – mainstream U.S. holidays and observances pre-marked so you don’t have to look them up
Both versions have a Notes for This Month section at the bottom of each page, which is my favorite part honestly. That’s where the real planning happens.
Ways to Use These
These are intentionally plain so you can make them yours:
- Print and decorate with stickers or washi tape
- Color-code by category {work, kids, self-care, whatever makes sense for your life}
- Use for content planning, homeschool scheduling, habit tracking, or memory keeping
- Slip into a binder, a clipboard, or a simple folder and call it a system
- Print multiple copies – one for the fridge, one for your desk, one for your planner
There’s no wrong way to use a blank calendar. That’s kind of the whole point.
